Topaz Cottage is a recently renovated 4-bedroom house in the town of Glen Innes available for holiday letting, wedding guests, long-term bookings or workers.
This house has 4 bedrooms- one with ensuite, lovely sunny lounge room, dining room, new modern kitchen, laundry and a second bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet.
This home has been furnished with style and comfort in mind, including a lovely leather lounge with recliners. Free WIFI as well, (no refunds if for some reason the wifi isn’t working)
Open plan living and dining this house has all the holiday makers require to feel comfortable in a home away from home.
Bedroom One has a queen bed with an ensuite and a walk-in robe plus a built in wardrobe and television.
Bedroom Two has a queen bed with a built in wardrobe.
Bedroom Three has a queen bed with a built in wardrobe.
Bedroom 4 has 2 x single beds with a built in wardrobe
This house can sleep up to 8 people.
The lounge room has a lovely reverse cycle air conditioner for those chilly nights in Glen Innes and the warmer summer days.
Outside you have an undercover outdoor area with a BBQ and outdoor tables and chairs.

No pets inside the house please and we ask that you be responsible with your pet. Any messes and any holes dug are to be cleaned up before check out. Charges will apply if this is not done.
We ask our guests to keep their dogs quiet so our neighbours are not disturbed.
Guests that stay at Topaz Cottage can also use the fossicking park at Fossicker Caravan Park, all you have to buy is the bags of wash which are available at Fossicker Caravan Park.
Linen is not provided although it can be hired. Linen can be hired from Fossicker Caravan Park for $10.00 per bed which includes sheets, towels and pillowcases.
Quilts, pillows and spare blankets are provided.
No smoking in the house.
1.4km to the Main Street and Post office
950m walk to the Railway Tavern and the Glen Innes Services Club have a courtesy bus.
600m to the nearest takeaway.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: All cancellations will incur a $100.00 cancellation fee. If your booking is cancelled 2 months or more prior to your arrival date your deposit will be refunded less the cancellation fee & booking fee. If you cancel your booking within 2 months of your arrival date any refund is subject to us rebooking the property for the same time as your booking. In the event that we are instructed by the owner to cancel your booking a full refund will be made to you.
This policy will apply regardless of Covid 19 .
Covid-19 Cancellations: Reservations made after 14th March 2020 will fall under the relevant Low, High or Peak season cancellation policy. After the declaration of COVID-19 as a global pandemic by the World Health Organisation, COVID-19 and its consequences are no longer unforeseen or unexpected therefore transportation disruptions, border closures, health advisories and quarantines and other government mandates such as evacuation orders, prohibitions on short term rentals, shelter in place requirements and any other COVID-19 or other pandemic related travel disruptions fall under regular cancellation policy.
