Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation of a booking, the deposit will be refunded if the customer notifies us of the cancellation 30 days before the scheduled arrival- off peak. If less than 30 days notice is given, no deposit will be refunded. If the cabin has been booked over peak periods- (school holidays, long weekends, festivals) no deposit will be refunded after 30 days notice. Over the Australian Celtic Festival, bookings cancelled 60 days prior to arrival no deposit will be refunded.
